We are a software company selling a range of digital transformation solutions to SMEs using Odoo, AI, and web-based digital solutions. Our customers are based in Trinidad & Tobago, the US, and the UK. Our development centre is in Coimbatore.
As a Business Analyst (BA), you will play a key role in defining requirements, documenting business processes, and preparing the self-support content (Digital Academy) for end users. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide product development.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Define and finalize HR and Payroll process requirements and workflows.
- Develop user guides, training scripts, videos and help articles for the Digital Academy.
- Create process flow diagrams and visual documentation using standard tools.
- Collaborate with developers, QA and implementation teams to support UAT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and ERP or software systems.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
