We are a software company selling a range of digital transformation solutions to SMEs using Odoo, AI, and web-based digital solutions. Our customers are based in Trinidad & Tobago, the US, and the UK. Our development centre is in Coimbatore.
As the Project Manager, you will lead the DBP project, managing a cross-functional team and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You will act as the main point of contact between Nio and the prime contractor, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery with strong leadership and communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project execution to meet defined goals and timelines.
- Coordinate and guide the cross-functional team.
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure project quality, compliance, and adherence to standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing software projects (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other PM tools.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
