Are you looking for a challenging project where you can work autonomously and earn in USD? We are seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our global team under an Independent Professional Services Agreement (ISA) based in Panama.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in the Odoo ecosystem, or a Business Analyst (BA) / Systems Engineer with strong logical and analytical skills (Python/SQL) who is interested in specializing in this ERP through company-sponsored training.
🎯Project Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Analyze business processes and efficiently map them within Odoo's native modules (CRM, Inventory, Invoicing).
- Configure and customize the platform according to defined technical requirements.
- Conduct independent training sessions for end users.
- Coordinate complex integrations with the development team.
🔎 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Resident of Panama with the legal ability to issue local Electronic Invoices (active RUC for Professional Services).
- Functional ERP experience (preferably Odoo), or a strong Business Analyst background with excellent self-learning capabilities.
- Languages: Native Spanish and Advanced English (C1) for international collaboration.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing time independently.
